Do You Provide Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on your first order (use code FREESHIP) and on order over $85 for USA, over $150 for international.

How long until I get my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and up to 5-10 business days for shipping.

Note: if you order multiple items in an order, your order might arrive in separate packages due to product availability at different warehouses for different brands.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to ship most products internationally. Only within USA.

However, our in-house brand, Boba Babe Club, is able to ship within both USA & International!

What's Your Return/Refund Policy?
At this current time, we can only offer return/refund within 7 days after you receive your order. We partner with Re:Do to provide you with FREE return, exchanges, and refund with just $1 additional that you have the option to include when purchasing our products. Please visit our return/refund portal HERE or contact us at betterdaysbtq@gmail.com for any questions or concerns. For Boba Babe Club brand, you have within 14 days after you receive your order.

All returns must be in original packaging with tags still attached to be accepted.
